Responsibilities:
We are looking for a VOIP Engineer II to join our dynamic Information Systems (IS) team! In your role, you will assist in the installation, maintenance and monitoring of all telecommunication systems across all Community Health System campuses. Your exceptional problem-solving skills will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges, ensuring that our systems run efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Facilities and Telecommunication Engineers in the planning and designing of various projects.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field required
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for Bachelor's Degree requirement
2 years of telecommunication field and application experience supporting various PBX systems and MDF/IDF/SMDF environments (preferably in a large hospital environment) required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Network VOIP monitoring applications, Cisco Collaboration applications, and Telephony integrated applications required
